SCOTUS WILL HEAR NO MORE CHALLENGES. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO SCOTUS? THEY ARE THE CAUSE OF ALL OF THIS BECAUSE THEY WOULDN'T HEAR THE PENNSYLVANIA CASE AND SENT IT BACK. Too late to do your job. The lawsuit was brought by Republican Rep. Mike Kelly, who argued a 2019 state law authorizing universal mail-in voting is unconstitutional and that all ballots cast by mail in the general election in Pennsylvania should be thrown out.
In a one-line unsigned order, the high court left intact a decision from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court that tossed out a lawsuit led by Republican Congressman Mike Kelly challenging a 2019 law that expanded mail-in voting in the state.
