DR LEVINE FAILED BIG TIME IN PENNSYLVANIA AS THE HEALTH SECRETARY BY FOLLOWING CUOMO AND FILLING NURSING HOMES WITH COVID INFECTED PATIENTS WHILE HE/SHE MOVED HER/HIS MOM OUT OF A NURSING HOME. THIS IS THE BEST BIDEN CAN FIND. WE ARE IN BIG TROUBLE FOLKS WHEN RACE, GENDER, AND WHATEVER ARE PLACED OVER QUALITIES OF THE OFFICE. In my opinion. This is wrong and so wrong and it has nothing in the world to do with transgender. There are many more qualified transgenders, gay, bi, or others if he wants to fill the offices based on these determinants. This pick is wrong.
